Telehealth Process

Telehealth Center will have both Telehealth Consultants and Doctor's panel to provide the Tele-healthcare consulting services to Subscribers. The Call center team can be reached 24x7 on a toll free number for the subscribed users. The toll free-telephonic consulting service would be provided on a 24X7 basis in order to be widely reachable. Importantly, a record of the caller, their basic health information profile, their health problem, demographics, would be captured in Health Solution, for future reference (further Levels) and Analytics for better decision making. Beneficiaries managed at this level likely required the advice and basic prevention instructions. The Telehealth consultant / Doctor will prescribe medicine and also may refer to further treatment at Higher Facilities
