Role Overview
The Project Manager will be responsible for end-to-end implementation, coordination, monitoring, and reporting of the “Doctor at Your Doorstep” project across 5 MMUs in Uttarakhand. This role involves stakeholder coordination, field team management, logistics oversight, and ensuring service delivery in line with project goals.
Key Responsibilities

Project Management & Implementation
- Plan and oversee daily operations of 5 MMUs across designated areas.
- Ensure smooth delivery of health services as per project protocols.
- Coordinate Health camps, Health checkups, and reporting.

Team Management
- Supervise field teams including doctors, nurses, pharmacists, drivers, and data entry operators.
- Ensure timely recruitment, induction, and performance reviews in coordination with HR.

Stakeholder Coordination
- Liaise with client officials, district administration, health department, and community leaders.

Monitoring, Evaluation & Reporting
- Track daily performance of each MMU – outreach, patient count, services delivered, etc.
- Maintain dashboards and ensure timely reporting to state and national teams.
- Address field-level issues promptly and ensure quality service delivery.

Logistics & Compliance
- Ensure availability and maintenance of equipment, medicines, and consumables.
- Manage vehicle logistics, servicing, and route optimization.
- Ensure adherence to protocols, safety, and compliance standards.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Graduation in any stream
- Minimum 1 year of experience in health projects, preferably with mobile health or outreach programs.
- Proven experience in team handling and project management.
- Familiarity with digital health tools (ABHA, NDHM, eHealth platforms) is a plus.

The Veterinary Officer is responsible for delivering comprehensive veterinary care and ensuring the well-being of livestock through preventive and curative services. Key Responsibilities

Clinical Services & Animal Health Management
- Examine animals to assess their health status and identify signs of illness or injury.
- Diagnose diseases and determine the most effective treatment plans.
